Will you play any non-tc mod beside ETPro?

Will you play any NON total conversion ( TCE , ETF , PoP… ) mod beside ETPro or Schrubet?
Just asking , becasue I want to be shure that anyone will play our mod …
I feel that many people understand ETPro like essential file …
I believe you that there are not so many good non-tc mods , most of them are beign stopped , or you will get boring / buggy release …
So I hope that good mod for ET will come…
BTW: I am feeling that we are close to release our mod , but I am not expecting that it will be played a lot , even we have good features , and very low number of bugs ( I hope) …
So please dont play only ETPro ( nothing agains it … )

I think the problem is that there are too much little mods.
A suggestion would be that the smaller mods should merge.

I am the person least worried about the need for a special mod in use. I am in it for the fun !

I will be happy to play your mod…I enjoy creativity with a glass of newness.

What about a complete skin mod and sound mod ? I was thinking of making it like 1980 miami crack whore/pimp land stuff.

Stuff like…“bitch betta ha’ my money!” and “Shizam” and " Respect tha pimp fo’ what he is…WoRd!"

It would be hilarious… any one agree ?

There have already been some really good gameplay mods released yet only etpro & shrub are used :confused:
I don’t see that changing in the future…

Surely it depends what the mod is ? If it offers new and interesting gameplay, then there is a fair chance some people would play it. OTOH, ETpro fixes a whole lot of etmain bugs, and adds many features that players have come to expect, so if your mod just looks like etmain + a few changes, I don’t think that will attract a lot of players.

i’d rather ppl played etpro, too many mods just fragment the community

besides most mods are poor imitations of other games tc:e-cs , etf-q3/ut, pop-no doubt a rubbish cod/ro mod

still they help remind me how much i like playing et :slight_smile:

Btw: TCE is NOT imitation of CS , and it is not poot , never played ETF , and PoP is still not released , and it will be FAR away from CoD

i dont play shrubet either.

I guess I’d play with some skins or texture/sound pack or whatever on a themed campaign or something, assuming the server was also running etpro.

There’s plenty reasons, from the “bugs fixed” side of things to the added features I’d find annoying to have to adjust for the loss of (hitsounds, antilag, etc). If the mod seems so good/different that it might be worth it (like TCE and ETF might well have been) then I’ll give it a go, but if it’s just ET with this and that then i’ll stick to etpro.

  2. it isnt imitation of CS , if you always think that everything where are terrorist and police units and it is multiplayer will be imitation of CS ??!

TCE isnt a “imitation” of CS, at least I wouldn’t suggest anyone who liked/disliked CS would hence like/dislike TCE, which is all that really matters no?
