FWIW, the client ignores pmove_fixed when the server has b_fixedphysics on (although that may only be the case in post-3.1.0); otherwise, pmove_fixed works fine, although turning left/right on MGs (and maybe the mortar, I can’t remember offhand) is very framerate dependant, so you’ll turn very slowly with pmove_fixed cranking up your virtual framerate.
