What is the biggest thing that gets to you? Mine is guys who get in your way. Dudes that just stand there in the middle of a doorway blocking traffic. “V33” “V33” and they still dont move… I don’t like it when ppl get in my way in general.

My biggest pet peeve is when dumbasses walk right over a freshly laid minefield, then complain for my so-called “TK” – this one idiot bastard actually walked on enough mines, and complained enough times, that it got me kicked! I was already a level four engie and it was only the first map of the campaign, too! Argh!

Stupid fuckers who think whenever I unleash pretty blue smoke their already stupified brains have a MAJOR association with it and bong smoke and are drawn helplessly to stand in the middle of it and then file a complaint.

Also usually on the larger 40+ servers whenever some hateful bastard continually TKs in the spawn with his flamer and there is no referee or clan member who can do the pb_kick and no friggin’ voting players off, so even when he’s auto kicked for too many complaints he just loads 'er up again. :banghead: .

I hate stupid Engs who have no clue about mines and simply waste all 10 (planting all 10 at one radar in Würzburg or planting all 10 mines at the main entrance at FuelDump were they can be spotted by an enemy CovOps from a mile away.) so that I have to defuse them again to use them properly.
Or having 3 Engs in the team and if Dyna is planted at one of the AT-guns instead of rushing there to defuse it they continue playing with their rifle grenades to get some more kills :frowning:

Generally speaking: everybody who plays a class and has no clue about his duties that come with this class.

Speaking of mines, I can’t stand people who plant their mines so close together that they all go off at once…

put a little distance on them so there is a chance to kill the next guy too…

(and I love (as a consolation) when I hit a mine in sprint and as I step off I step on one or two more… as I get nuked I think well thats two extra mines cleared (the hard way)

And covert who NEVER spot for mines… just taking uniforms and sniping

level 4 heavy weapons… it’s much easier to have akimbo pistols than to shoot a panzer, have it switch to grenade, then press the 2 handed weapon slot and HOPE that you get the smg… either that or as the original post stated, people taking a nap between respawns.

I just remember this I was playing last night and I was cover ops and so was this other player.

Axis defending Battery.

And he kept sort of bumping me off an allied corpse and taking the uniform I was taking…

I dont understand how he was doing the bumping but it was pissing me off!!!

The worst part is he was just screwing arround and I was the only one blowing the ramp and recapturing the West bunker.

People who walk into my artillery or airstrike, die, then complain.

It seems a lot of people don’t seem to understand the concept of artillery.
There are MULTIPLE shots. Multiple. Thats MORE THAN ONE. Wait for them ALL to end before running into the area.

And airstrikes have a large strike zone. Being 2 meters away fom the can does not guarantee your safety. GRRR!

I hate it when the after-game statistics become screwed up, so some players who actually scored 5 kills show as killing 130. But what I hate more is when those people brag about them having the “Highest Fragger” award.

When people go “<- BEST ENGINEER!!” “<- NO FRIENDSLOL:)”. People who just HAVE to make sure everyone notices that they get a medal. I know it’s a small thing, but it bugs me. :slight_smile:

People who file all the time. I just plain hate it. I dont understand why they do it.

If after me getting a complaint filed against me (for some stupid bastards own stupidity) and telling the fool not to do it again, if he comes back with an arsehole reply, I forget the fuckin’ game and go out of my way to make the cunts life a misery by hunting him down (like a duck (heehee)) and taking a few sly shots at him just to fuck him up enough for 1 enemy shot.

I must emphasize the fact that there are two major factors to be taken into consideration for all this to happen :

  1. The filing fool must have done something REALLY fuckin’ stupid to get his arse whacked by my air/artillery strike, like wandering into the pretty smoke with gay abandon and a merry skip in his step.

  2. After filing when warned not to repeat such foolish actions and have me and hence the team punished by filing a complaint he replies with a dumbfuck teen angst ridden reply littered with obscenities and remarks aimed at my good self.

If his reply is reasonable and he can educated in the fineries (sp?) of filing then well and good and roll on a happy game.

There is nothing better than playing on a server of vets or reasonably educated noobs that don’t file just because they have the option to. I leave others quickly as no one has an oppurtunity to grow in XP points and there is always zero team spirit and tension in the air, a pointless situation.

You can check if your mines were spotted by the enemy: throw a grenade at them, when they are already spotted, they will explode (spotted mines will always explode when they are hit by an explosive of any kind).

The best is when you’re playing axis on Oasis and the allies plant at one of the guns. While rushing to defuse the dynamite you hear “Command Center Constructed”. ??? Thanks for taking the time to build a cmd center instead of disarming the dynamite ya bonehead.

I hate it on oasis when an allied engineer takes his time to plant dynamite on the axis command post when the frigging gun is round the corner. Really annoying because not only has he wasted his charge bar hes given his postition away.

Along the lines of previous posts: people who jump into your fire lane and then file TK complaints.

I am talking primarily about when you are standing or laying prone in one spot firing away, only to have the other guy walk/run up to you, jump into the fire lane (when they can easily walk around it), die, and file complaints.

I dislike intentional TKer or TWers. Some idiot on Oasis was shooting a few rounds, nearly bringing to about 20hp. After placing my last mine (was out of power), I turned around and shot him dead. He filed on me tho :bash:
