Hi,

as these userbars are in fashion this summer here my first attempt (see signature).
I haven’t spread it yet.
Critics / improvements / comments … ?

Edit:

May be “forum-damage” instead of “splash-damage”

iv tried to make a differnt background thats a bit more interesting than that plain black one

im a total n00b at photoshop though so i would be greatful if someone would put the logo and text on in the exact same positions as on nullskills’s one. and also that little glossy light effect thing to

i thinnk…

*lose the white lines on the background. they interfear with the text too much. or make then not come over the word “splash” doesnt look right

*make or oranage brighter to match the fire on the right. it looks to faded as it is

*make the glossy light much much more subtle

I took yours as a starting point for an idea and by using the pictures on this site i compiled this

When you have some letters and search a matching font you can use http://www.identifont.com/identify.html .

where did you get the circle/cross with the 4 arrows from? looks good, i wanna use that as well if i may. if it’s from the front page, i think i gotta use a different resizer.

At least it looks like the symbol on the front page… Just cut it out, and resize.
