Hi all ET:QW fans !:penguin:

I’ve been playing quake-wars since it’s release and many weeks on the valley demo… I’m still playing theses days and I love this game. I guess it’s the same for you all despite a big disappointment when activision lets us down.

Still, I’m proud to present you QWST, an application I’ve made (and somewhat tested with my clanmates, [STU]). Details are on the web site below and the download link is at the bottom of the page.

would try it but every time i download it it says the set up files are corrupted :frowning:

Still problems =D after set up a warning appears “unable to execute file: C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\QauekWarsServerTool\QWST.exe
CreateProcess Failed, code 740.
The Requested operation requires elevation”

still ran it anyway :slight_smile:

and are we allowed access to the full version?

yep started it with admin rights to install it. the error came up straight after installation. but the lite version is basicly 3mb of uselessness

Thanks, but I don’t force you to use it. You need admin rights to run it.

Actually the app is ~420k, most of the size come from Samurai.'s ET:QW included guide (~2Mb)

Why? What does it need to do that requires admin privileges?

The only thing I can see is to enable/disable PB services.

Thats what im on about. i cant even connect to my server :confused: only thing i can do is stop or start PB on over servers :confused:

But i have just seen in the About section of the app
“If You use this program regularly and find it useful please donate ! For a donation of at least $4 you will receive the Extended version by email.”

So for us to actually find this useful we have to donate?
Okay someone want to donate $4 then upload it to rapid share or something so we can all get it free?

Why?

isn’t there one out there already thats free? I had one back when i ran the PTB and it worked perfectly.

Quake Wars Power Admin i apologise for calling you slow and slightly annoying but at least i dont have to pay for you :slight_smile: and you do so much more :slight_smile:

any one wants a copy of it cause they lost there’s PM me :slight_smile: or ask on of the other many people that use it :slight_smile:
