Just because the mod offers a highly coveted feature doesn’t mean it has to be used. You’re barking up the wrong tree sir.
In the end, I made this mod for my clan and for my own satisfaction. People liked it, they wanted it, so I delivered. And I listen to these server admins and if what they want isn’t completely outrageous, I’ll usually take care of it for them. If XP Save is bothering you, then it’s your prerogative to not play on servers with XP save turned on. If you want to vent and bitch about XP save, then talk to the server admins who use it and the players who love it.
If you were to instead flame me for being a server admin who uses XP save, it would be a bit more correct. And I would say to you that I respectfully disagree, and advise you to play elsewhere.
And yes, the antilag DOES work flawlessly. I’ve heard people say it doesn’t work a couple times before, and I think the reason is because I actually FIXED antilag in the mod. In etmain, bullet tracing was unlagged regardless of g_antilag’s setting. I added the check so that you really could disable antilag, and there were and probably still are a bunch of servers with antilag disabled. If you connect to one of those servers and they’re running Jaymod, you will get no antilag, just as the server is set up. As I said, before making baseless claims, provide concrete data proving your point.
I welcome you to go over the mod’s documentation so that you may become somewhat more educated about it, and perhaps in doing so you will clear up some misconceptions.
