Anti-virus? Did their servers get infected? :smiley: I know you mean anti-cheat, but what in your mind is an actual anti-cheat? VAC? They would have zero control over it and a dismal response time from Valve. The one they just deployed in the recent patch will give them an amazing level of control and ability to curb hacking. No anti-cheat is a magic bullet. Even CS:GO has active hacks going undetected. It is just how FPS games work. NGS offers the best tools to deal with it as quickly as possibly, as I mentioned before.

Also, how did you submit your complaint to Splash Damage? I would suggest contacting them through their forums if you have a suggestion. If there is a problem that you need support with contact Nexon Support by submitting a ticket.

And spending money or not is up to you. Glad you liked the game! :slight_smile:

What with Overwolf and overlay teamspeak plugins?, My friend get bun for that plugins in one game. this plugins show who is on ts3 server/channel when you are in game. They work more or less like steam shell

I’m referring to using an anti-cheat that doesn’t flag security programs (like Sandboxie) as cheat software.

And maybe a software that doesn’t look like a virus pop up when it detects sandboxie.

“liked” is indeed correct. I won’t play it until you sort out, and use a real anti-cheat program.

So I recently switched over to a Logitech mouse and with it downloaded a program called Logitech Gaming Software to be able to configure the settings and what not. Thing is I’ve heard people express concern over macro programs so even though the old anti-cheat isn’t in use anymore I’m wondering if I should be cautious with this new anti-cheat.

So. I left db for a little while. heard about the new anti-cheat got all hyped :D. Soo I started a game all good. We won next game after like 3 mins or plaing (Fletcher) I got banned? Im realy confused i didnt have any program listed on. Nor any cheats at all! Im kinda pissed cuz i spend around 60$ in Dirty Bomb already and i realy enjoy it. :frowning:

Spent $15 on the game for a credit boost and to buy Phantom. Played for a couple of months with a few friends, we were having a blast and I was really enjoying the game. Until a week or two ago I log in and find myself to be banned.

Now for my ban; I use Razer Synapse due to macroing keys for quick-chat callouts in Smite. VVL for laugh, VGH for Hi, etc. I know xigncode or whatever their screening software is happens to be sensitive to macro’d key press commands to prevent firing a single fire full-auto similar to PunkBuster for APB. (If I even have the macros enabled on the keyboard from playing Smite, PB kicks me every 15 minutes for ‘suspicious/disallowed programs’). During the most recent update before my ban, I log in with Synapse having actively macro’d keys and I get kicked. I disable the macros, load the game up just fine and continue to play. That’s why I was surprised that I was suddenly banned.

I also have a 100% clean steam, and I have well over 1000 hours on APB: Reloaded to back up my being a clean player. I also streamed Dirty Bomb a TON when I played. If I were actually cheating, my stream would have been evidence of that.

Sent a ticket in to support. Cheers guys, hopefully this gets sorted out.

I have to say this, if anyone has permanent ban it is because they had programs, cheating
I also had the BUG to say it was banned but it was bug
spending money on a game does not make more honest than others

1 get the “kicked because of security violation” every game i try to play.
no other programs running. why does it not let me play? It is constantly doing this and i have not ever installed any cheat engines or programs on this computer.

There are plenty of threads with this explained in Bug Reporting/ Technical support. It’s the Anti-cheat crashing on your system. It does this time to time. Check if you have a firewall on etc.
