I pre-ordered and paid full MSRP as well. Why should you have access to a non-aesthetic item that I do not? I got the Caesar (you have the Ritchie), SodaCan/ArkTactical Silencer (you have the Silencer) and The Grin (purely aesthetic). You have access to all of my non-aesthetic pre-order items so what in-game, reskinned version of the Greeneye do I get?
Pre-order Bonus, why don't let them become free?
Heres my two coins
if you care so much, go buy the special edition from game gor £8 . if you dont. piss off.
None, because it seems you bought from the wrong store for what pre-order items you wanted. I have the greeneye and hockler, while others get to use 2 carbs or bulpadauns because of the reskinned versions. I would get more use from having a bulp with a coga for range, and one built for close range since that’s one of my best and favorite weapons. Greeneye scope isn’t as Godly as everyone here is making it out to be, and you would know that if you have used iit on every weapon like myself.
Also, i payed extra for my special edition, thats right, more money. its not just like timing, i payed extra dosh. wonga, reddies, whatevs. the green stuff. And due to this, if you remove one of those items from there, my edition will not be “pre order only” anyway, GAME are already breaking the rules and are still selling the special edition. So i payed extra, why should you get itfor free and i get nothing?
If it does go out for free, i woudl expect some compensation.
And yet prior to release SD commented on the pre-order items and told us that every weapon and attachment would have an equivalent item in the retail version. As was noted previously, the COGA is not equivalent to the Greeneye in any manner other than the level of the zoom. And for the record, no one ever said that the Greeneye was ‘godly’. I merely want an equivalent version to use on my Sea Eagle as the peripheral vision would be advantageous.

No, I would get the Redeye scope (a reskin of the Greeneye), just like you get the Bulpdaun instead of the Doom version without having paid for it.
So why note jack up the prices of the bonus content to the point that anyone willing to pay for it would pay more than people who pre-ordered?
On an unrelated note (off topic). Anyone got a pic of the dog-tag tattoo?

Actually i get the doom version aswell as i had the special edition. So, the poll is incorect, it wants to release all pre order. thats bad.

THe potato sack mask gives you 0.00001 mm higher body, this is advantageous as you can take more fire distracting the enemy. i want a reskin sac "FROWNY " FACE MASK
And the same could be said for the Sloane Mask, yet both statements would then be untrue.
I have made my case about the Greeneye and only hope that SD will have enough respect for their game as to actually provide proper balance to those that did not pre-order a specific version of the game or get it from a select vendor. I naively trusted SD’s word that the pre-order items would be balanced and would have an equivalent version in-game. As this is not the case I have a proper reason to call ‘foul’ and can only hope that SD has enough respect for their community in order to remedy their mistake.

So having 2 carbs is balanced?
No worse than a Soldier with a single Carb or a player that knows how to use a command post to refill their ammo.
EDIT: The point being that everyone can use a Carb so switching weapons versus reloading is the only difference.
Switching from carb to carb is definitly a sexy thing and more powerful then any other combo in the infight.
When I preordered Brink I got it from best buy to get the fallout pack, cause I’m a sucker to anything fallout. But a no more than two weeks later i noticed that i wasn’t even using any of it, except the weapon skin, and i immediately regretted my purchase and wished I had gotten the Psycho pack for the exclusive weapon and attachment, that make much more of an impacted on game play then a novelty skin that’s only fun for a few days and a few cheap laughs from friends.
 I preorderd it, but by some paymend eror i got it two weeks later and no preorder bonus:mad::stroggbanana:
There is no exclusive weapon or attachment in the Psyhco pack. It includes a reskinned Ritchie revolver and varients of the in-game Silencer; neither have any statistical differences from their in-game versions. It really is amazing how little accurate information players have about the pre-order DLC.
As was stated previously, the only pre-order item, not including clothing of course, that lacks an in-game equivalent is the Greeneye Scope from the Spec Ops pre-order pack.
I find that somewhat surprising. I put the Fallout tattoos on all my characters. Most wear the Fallout shirt (though the jacket may be covering it up on some). And I even got the Fallout cap/bandana on a few. You can actually change the color of the bandana to match the Resistance shirt. Also, the blood spattered bandana goes well with the bloodied surgical mask. (See attached images)

EDIT: Misspelled “shirt”, heh.
Is there a cheap way of getting the Fallout Pack and the Psycho pack?
I am a sucker for the extras and I want that coke can silencer! Plus the bag on the head is very Nightbreed Clive Barker.
What exactly are you referencing? The fact that SD called them exclusive when they are merely reskins of current in-game items? The Caseser revolver is identical to the Ritchie in every statistical category as are the ArkTactical and Soda Can attachments to the in-game Silencer. Again, were you trying to suggest something contrary to this?
Uh, you said: “It really is amazing how little accurate information players have about the pre-order DLC.” So I posted a link to the DLC descriptions. No need to get defensive, just trying to be helpful.
