They have something that improves accuracy, it’s called aiming and getting better at shooting.
As for increasing damage, I always found those types of “perks” pointless. If the devs want a gun to do more damage, then they should program it to do more damage from the start. It seems like a waste of a perk.

i would really like to know if different types of rounds for different tactical purposes will be available, but that is entirely dependant on where there is even an armour system. calibres would be interesting also. sticking a .45ACP conversion kit on your pistol for less rounds per clip but more power? convert your assault rifle to .17HMR for a larger clip size and less power?
