replaces all strogg player/weapon/vehicle models with GDF

cleans up and tweaks all map atmospheres and de-saturates them [ put up the gamma in the options, and brightness down a bit, and the game can almost look photorealistic ].

balances all damages/projectile ranges/spreads/projectile recoils/kickbacks on all handweapons
all main team hand weapons are using the same values for zoom/recoil/muzzlekick/projectile spread/projectile damage/fire rate etc…

not really alot of work from 1.2 -> 1.3… only a few maps actually are playable, the other maps all players will spawn in the center of the map

they mean nothing, pk4 doesnt include most of those guis.. quakewars has to have base folder in all of its pk4s for mods to work…

and download it again, i upload a repack, that fixes the spawning on maps, and the flood of bots joining during warmup and disconnecting

The modifications really fits the campaign mode. Because a “asymmetric” game need the stopwatch mode to keep it fair…

you cannot use promod or anyother mod any more… skilth 1.3 dev is its own thing and includes the mans driver “library” built from sdk source to tweak a few things

you will have to load skilth on the mod menu or +set fs_game on startup

why, i would have to include some maps, and gdf bases have big doors so strogg cannot enter. if i included maps, they would include alot more trees and vegitation

Well being a GDF solider now spawning in the second right forward in Sewer (where normally Strogg spawns and where you can also take the cyclops) driving a husky does’t get me further then 5 meter when driving trough the Organe protection shield around the base. Guess you need to turn of the protection. (other wise you can only escape from the base spawn using a strogg vehicle)

Don’t forget the medpack ON the medic (as well cockpit view/fp), is not the same as a medpack ON the ground. If i am correct the ammo pack is coming from 1 texture, but not from a model/clothes texture.

So your mod end result is, it requires new maps to make sense?

Oh and, who do you mean with “You all”. Do you have any idea how much hours/weeks it takes to redesign the players models textures?

shaders in entitydefs are a single texture, so you need a skin, which is a uv mapped single image file

you know how many hours and weeks it would take for someone but me to make skilth…

it does not need new maps, you all can make new maps, custom maps are all basic and no one abuses the latest hardware making alot more complex maps with bigger building and alot more trees for sli and xfire power

why exactly can make maps like retail maps, or have the intelligence to abuse hardware and know quakewars can handle high poly maps like brink and rage, but without all the extra processing of cuda and other gpu code

make a jungle map, with 20,000 trees, not 20 scattered around and a random hut

download http://dryad.stanford.edu/ and make some trees, you have to add leave polys yourself, or convert the obj to lwo, or just make a tree with no leafs, then add your own like the size of qw trees, or just copy qw tree leaf polys and paste on your own

adds net_rmapCycle cvar 0/1 : overrides g_nextMap and chooses a random map for the next match to play on in objective and stopwatch game types on dedicated servers or local games

adds si_tactical cvar 0/1 : forces player speed settings, or use pm_ player speed cvars

changes physic values on all vehicles

fixes player view being updated when switch to limbo menu and move the mouse around

not going to happen in idtech, id are too chicken, custom mappers are too chicken, most people say its idtech and wont work… splash might always go for it in brink 2, even if players change the stuff vis display and player view distance

3 mappers is the whole modding community, i enjoy making the global entire quake scene cry with q43a trolling, i care absolute nothing for any of them or the mod

skilth is hardly pointless, its better then running around with stupid lightning and nail guns like a console game
