Am I glad I started this thread, sur hope many other mac-fans express their wishes for a mac-port here :slight_smile:

But still no reaction from splashdesign? :frowning:

As a RTCW clanleader (visit us :D), and member of a large RTCW community (CFC Fragcenter) I noticed that many players will ultimately skip to ET, same for many servers that will run ET instead of RTCW. When this indeed happens, where are we then as mac-users?
People sometimes forget (ignore) the fact that indeed there is a mac gaming community, and it’ still growing.
Many game developpers noticed this and will bring their games to mac (there is a market for mac-games, believe me).
Now ofcourse, ET is free, but I’m sure that when Splashdesign negotiates with mac developpers, they can work something out to help us out.

Anyway… Life’s beautiful, but it would be even more beautiful when my supermac runs ET :smiley:

Count me in for a copy. I would love to see it happen and heck, charge us Mac users a small fee then and make money on it. It’s not like they charged us more for the Mac version of RtCW than the PC guys.

I think that’s right! At least for me. Updates and additions to many other online games have spoiled the playability for Mac users in the past over and over again. Sure we would be a bit mad (just a little) if we would have to pay for something all others would get for free. But so what. I would do it without thinking twice. Don’t split the RTCW community! Please. :suspicious:

I would pay at least $15-25 for ET. Heck, if you wanted I would pay ahead of time. As long as I got a promise that if it didn’t get ported I would get my money back?
