ok i done that it STILL dosent work WTH is wrong with this comp? i moved the mouse but it only wud move liek half of a sec then i tried moving it 5 mins str8 and didnt work and now the start movie sound is glitching,and i dont wanna buy anything to play this game,i dont want to buy no expensive “lastest” cards or a better hardrive,the game is free,and i shouldnt have to pay for anything for it.
i have call of duty,the Graphics and Sound on that work perfect,it has better graphics than wolfenstein and better sound(no offense,splash damage) so why wouldnt wolfenstein work?!

Thats cause we’re stumped. Whats your full system spec? A similar thing happened me the other day when I put it onto my new comp but it was nvidias firewall blocking it so windowing it allowed me to unblock it. Obviously that isn’t whats happening to you though or youd’ve spotted it

ok Right click on my computer and click on properties. On the right it will tell you the system you are using. Your OS basically. Below that it says Computer. This details your processor and ram eg mine is an Athlon X2 4200+ with 2Gb of ram. Then on the same window there are tabs across the top, click on the hardware tab and then click device manager. Click the small plus sign beside Display Adaptor to see what graphics card you are running (if any).
To get how much space you have on your hard drive, double click My Computer, right click on the hard drive and click properties.
Follow those instructions and You’ll have the Processor, RAM, Graphics and Hard drive capacity. It may help one of us diagnose why it won’t run.
It may not be running because you don’t have enough hard drive space for memory swapping (you did say your hard disk was almost full) so freeing up more space may do the trick

Dazz do you have Asus A8N SLI Deluxe mobo with your Athlon x2 4200+ ? What fps you get with it and how fast is the pc itself? (if you do have that mobo)

248 RAM!!! With that much it would be very easy for other appications to be running and eating memory causing your system to hang. Make you have disabled all non-essential programs and try again. Sounds like very little RAM for the processor speed. I’d say if you bought yourself a stick of RAM it might help.

hmm. Did your pc run ET before? If I were you I’d invest in a graphics card of some description if you intend on playing games at all and possibly also another bit of Ram. Should set you back about £50 to get a 64mb graphics card and 256Mb ram.
@Etnies I have the Premium actually (why go for a sub-standard mobo 
) I have it capped at 125fps though was gettin over 200 on fueldump. Outside of games I don’t really notice any difference from my old PC. This beast is my QW machine, only finished it last weekend.
