Or actually do what I do in reality, jump on a server that you ping mostly under 20 and kick the shite out of more or less everyone. Ping is the Thing (especially after being shot to shite on american servers playing RTCW for over a year with a ping around 140 - 150).

But we are not impressed because of this as the rest of them are fucking awful.
Dont know if the acc. is the most important thing.
I has a pretty lausy acc. (around 30% smg) but for example yesterday I got 90 - 11 in stats and around 650xp on Oasis 8vs8.
Besides when I joined the server there was this guy… he played for 15 minutes and had 400 xp! Now that’s good!
If you are looking for quick xp, then going medic and spending all of your time healing and reviving folks is the way to go. If you are trying to rack up a kill count, then you must have good accuracy or dumb enemies (“they must be hiding in this colorful smoke”).
I can’t speak for others but I dont’ think 30% is lousy. I run around 25-28%, but sometimes I will get 30-35%. But I will also waste a lot of shots for suppression fire. My strongest asset is situational awareness, not my shooting skill. But put me on a server full of n00bs shooting 12% and I will rack up the kill count.

head shot accuracy is the only thing that really matters in my opinion, I judge how well iv done by the amount of headshots i have at the end of round.
if a guy shoots at 30% acc and is aiming at mid body and the other guy has around 20% acc but shooting at the head. My money is on the 20% guy.
Hm… so that means my 40% acc from shooting at the head is pretty good.
Just read this topic found it quite amusing. As the last time I played ET it was easy to kill peeps I havent played for months. Even when I first played I only played no more then 20 times.
I reinstalled the game today, I had a game on Jolt1 just to see how I coped. Well I have to say it is still easy to get plenty full kills.
I have plaed RTCW since the demo days so thats probably why I find it easy on normal public servers. Its not the players fault and I dont want to sound big headed or criticising anyone its just that the people who have played RTCW for a long time before this game seems easy simply cos you are playing against less experienced players.
My first game back had 60 kills on the fuel dump whilst missing the first sevral mins of the map. Managed to kill 5 peeps with one nade simply as they havent learnt that grouping together is not a good idea.

Highest Fragger
Highest Battle Sense
Highest Light Weapons
Highest Accuracy
Do any RTCW players find that headshots are easier? It seems there is a bigger hitbox to me.
But im by far the greatest player from RTCW, so I would imagine peeps like Darv and co would have many many more kills then I would get.

lol,i dont know its wierd alot of times ill go for the head ,but then i always forget sometimes,so the accuracy is kinda both,but 40% accuracy at aiming for the head,thats pretty good. Not sure what i get,never went a whole round aiming for the head,but when i do i will check back. :bump:
Darv is a top Euro RTCW player, and as Colic remarks, many RTCW Clan players coming into ET are finding that they are owning other players quite considerably, presumably due to their RTCW experience.

Try www.demohq.com as a good source of RTCW movies. You could get demos (replays) from www.cached.net as well, but you’d need RTCW to -play them.
I’ve been practicing in the original RtCW with headshots and I’ve seen my skills improve.
Now I seriously need to get on servers to show my 1337 skills :]
