Vio, Chris, fixed the strange specular effect. The problem is generated if you export the patches to OBJ using “Optimize Models” ON. This option add unnecessary vertices/triangles that make the strange specular effrect.

I exported with “optimize models” off and worked fine. Just for the records!!!

Cool - I was going to suggest adding an Edge Split modifier in Blender to see if that helps.
