guess he told Wils too, but then no one has said they’ll be in the PC version, may only be for consoles
PCG = Personal Computer Gamer not Personal Console Gamer…
Sorry my bad, shouldn’t have assumed that was a universally accepted acronym.
But since you obviously haven’t read the article, you wouldn’t know that it was specifically about was the PC version (I have yet to see PC Gamer preview console games) and the interview was of John Dean (Maleficus) himself, so I wouldn’t say that “no one” has confirmed it for the PC…
I’m really not saying “I told you so” to Wils because It remains to be seen whether or not including an offline/practice feature will garner the sales that will more then pay for a bot programmer and create a much larger customer base then a multiplayer only game would. But after reading this article I’m optimistic once again that ET:QWs will be the huge seller/success that we all want it to be.
sorry, I was under the impression he worked for id Software, not Splash Damage, and my comment was from a year ago, but w/e, next time you’re in Winnipeg, let me know, drinks are on me
but, leave the attitude
 That was a year ago?! I remember this conversation very well, and I agreed with you at the time Nail.
Sometimes it takes a bit of time for the Worm to Turn…
Do you like pie?
:?
Heh… Ok Mr “there aint going to be no bots now deal with it” How about you leave yours but bring a case of Molson to Qcon this year. Sounds a bit more fun then a trip to Winnipeg.
