And oh if u look in the Alpha shot’s u will see a Female Skin…

Better looking axis’s skins and 2 other maps

a Eyption Pyrmid and a Bunker map witha Flak Cannon…

Youre on crack if you think ET is merely 6 new maps and 1 class.
Bugs? Ive seen no bugs, this game is extremely polished and smooth.
The maps alone are a monumental acheivement, they are incredibly well designed for the game play.
Go complain about a game you paid for

i’ve only come across two bugs…

  1. where a players stats crosses over maps so they start out with like 40 kills

  2. limbo death… where after you get shot you are directly inserted into limbo (not gibbed or shot after you fell)

both minor bugs and do not hamper gameplay

im noticing more and more idiots posting on these boards : -\

Ive also noticed people who didnt have trouble playing rtcw , now they cannot play or even connect to a ET server, appartently for no reason! and NOBODY knows a hint!! :???: (splashdamage please help)

Unstoppable if you don’t like the game then dont bother playing it but that will mean a great loss of good gaming. And… if you come to post make sure you get your facts right… theres are lots of classes… and an alpha release doesnt mean that the final release will have the same things. The female skin was probably from the canceled single player mode or from one of the bot options…

ET in my opinion is one of the best games out in the last 2 years.

This is the only good, team based 3d game released for free. (Americas Army is team based, 3d and free but not good)

So if you don’t like it, don’t play it.

By all means… stomp back with a scowl on your face with your arms crossed to the place where you paid for this game and demand your money back. That or realize in fact you DIDN’T pay for it and just stop playing. It’s not like YOU have been ripped off here. Quite a large number of people love this game and think it’s a great product. If you don’t like it you’re free to find something else. You haven’t lost anything here except a bit of time playing it to find disappointment.

Here’s the thing why so many people are dissapointed.

Well actually this is why I’m a bit dissapointed, but I think others feel the same way. RTCW is simply the best FPS game ever created. The sequel promised was to include (in the mind of many) even better additions to this great game.

Well, it turns out to be different than a lot of people expected. In game play, in graphics, etc. etc. I’ve noticed a change in the game physics and posted a thread about it.

I don’t hate ET. I just don’t think that it measures up to RTCW. And from what I’ve read I don’t think it will get the chance to. Unless, by some miracle, it goes open source and the modders get a chance to change some stuff.

haven’t played RTCW(I thought it was kinda simple), but I did play a lot of BF1942 (and you wanna complain about bugs Unstoppy? …sheesh!). I play ET a lot more now, even with the DC mod for BF. This game is a lot more faster, fair and funner. The player classes are stronger than in BF1942 (more skills, and XPs), and man, I wish I could through down a clip/medpack/airstrike or two in BF. (In a weird way ET reminds me of Street Fighter. One side punches one way with a bunch of guys and the other side combos back, its happens all very quick and brutal.)

Now if they would come out with commercial release with at least two more campaigns, I’d be really impressed. These guys need to get paid for this hard work.
