In my opinion i think this game is much better and is more complex than RTCW. As for the classes, all of the classes were redone with a bonus class which adds a lot more tactical gameplay.

As for the maps u didnt get many more on RTCW retail and the ones you did get were fairly small. The maps on ET are all well thought out and provide intense gameplay.

As for the bugs i have not encountered any but obviously there will be bugs in the game, but please give splash damage a chance to create a patch just because u may have found a bug dosnt mean a patch will appear in the next 10 mins just for that 1 bug.

If the game physics and feel of the game was different to wolf i could and would not play it, but since i can switch between them with ease and since they feel exactly the same i fail to c your point.

I never complain about graphics when they are an improvement on the original. AS for expectations its exceeded all of mine and i know other ppl who the same.

Obviosly not everyone will like the game has ppl are all different, but this game is free you can play it for nothing and if u dont like it go back to the game u do like. What other game lets you do that?

Unstoppable wheres that list of bugs? Almost all of them have been found and a quick forum search will show a few lists? Did ya find something new?

Dont let him fool ya he’s played rtcw/et probably more than anyone that has posted so far, he reputation precedes him…( but I think he’s gettin soft in his old age :slight_smile:

Those 6 maps are incredable though, each one is the size of a couple RTCW maps

CTRL-ALT-DELETE, end task on annoying IE window. Unfortunately this will also close other IE browser windows too :frowning:

2 yrs ago rtcw was not even released, 31st december…exactly at the end of 2001 was rtcw released…um so how et could have taken two years to develop if not even the rtcw was released…hehe :beer:

and stop complaining, ure being lame here, its free, if you like it , well play it and enjoy it, if not find another game which makes you happy…

Normally, when trying to prove your point and look intelligent, you take the time to order your arguments in a clear and precise format.

Find a pic of ET that is 2 years old and you get a brownie. Until then, think very carefully about revealing your IQ so openly. I know that the stupid people of the earth easily outnumber the intelligent, but do you really lack the very basic math skills to equate the value of a game versus it’s price?

Take the value of ET, play-wise, and divide by it’s price. OMFG! Divide by zero errors!

Basically, what I’m trying to say, is that a free game, of any kind, is highly valuable. You’d be lucky to have a free release of Pong (I’m sure there is a free Pong somewhere out there … )

Finally, who do you think you are trying to convince? Do you want one of the dev’s to break down, saying “I know! We could have done better! I’m so sorry I ever released this!” ?

Then I’d recommend you email a dev and take it up with them. I’m doing my job as a good reader and merely quoting one of the developers explicitly saying 1 year from start to finish.
