Rumors - someone said a guy at Activision said on the phone blah blah blah. Does anyone see an announcement at Activision, id or SD? Here on their forums? Anything?

I purchased my preorder based upon a 6/6 delivery. Their website still says 6/6 delivery. I will be there on 6/6. If my order is not there, there will be questions and phone calls.

In the interim it is amusing to read all the “business experts” speculate what a company will, or will not do :roll: Frankly, with the performance to date, nothing any of these three companies did would surprise me.

We post here regularly, and replies concerning the state of ET:QW are scarce. You would have more luck if your questions would be about modding the game.

If the only purpose of this thread is to get answers, I would advise to send a mail instead of posting on a forum.

Also, SD is not directly responsible for any pre-order supposedly released on 6/6. Try to blame your game dealer instead. :wink:

The store has no info.

The corporate office says contact the manufacturer.

The manufacturer (vendor - Activision) says see the store they are responsible for commitment dates even though they admitted earlier to supplying the date.

What a class act. Such professionalism. Any other industry and the competition would run them out of business. I do see on other forums however, that customers are abandoning Activision.

Anyone see any official announcements anywhere?

I concur, how unprofessional of all concerned. I demand that QW’s is release now, even tho it will not be finished properly and could quite possibly have a number of serious bugs. I do not care, I do not think it is professional of people making a product to delay its release in order to produce as high a quality product as possible. This is just not acceptable. I shall be writing to your competitors and demanding that they run you all out of business as a result.

To think that people actually wish to buy things that work properly. These people have absolutely no place in business. I am quite flumixed at their continued presence in the computer games industry. Appox on them :smiley:
