I pre-ordered this from their site the other day.
my account page said I had a pre-order for the “UKEU” version.
Now my account page says I can download the “EU” version, which I did, and when I ran the installer, theres no option for English.

I am a UK resident, and ordered through the co.uk version of the site.
Somehow they have managed to give me the EU version of the game instead.
So instead of being able to pre-load it like the other UK buyers, I am having to wait for them to sort this mess out :confused:

I don’t even understand how they managed to assign me the EU version of the game instead of the UK.
My address, account and credit card are all from the UK, theres no way it should have happened. :confused:

Am I the only one who is having a problem with steam saying their activation code has already been used who bought the game from the US site and lives in the US? I thought I was in the same boat as everyone, but I am starting to have some doubts.

Also in the Download section now I see 2 different language versions. Does it mean the almost 6GB file doesnt support english language and I should download the other one(the smaller one)?

Both downloads actually list their languages now (at least they do so for me). There is the one that was there before and a new English-only download.

No new keys though. After the updated the version from EUUK to EU and providing an English version I still got my hopes up for today.

Got same. Trying to download it now.

Download Game File (English) - 5.07 GB File Size
And
Download Game File (French, German, Italian, Spanish) - 5.88 GB File Size

Only had second before. Hope it works now :slight_smile:

Edit: Install working now (english one). But i dont have eny key to go through with the install.

Mine doesnt even work now.

This d2d is driving me crazy, I will never again purchase something from there.

I download the EU ver, d2d manager doesnt work on chrome so I have to download the zip, when I open it i try tu run “setup.exe” and it says “ERROR: no language configured”.

What the hell am i supposed to do? This is makeing me rage.

My key was there the night it was activated for pre-load on Steam. However now when I go to check my key has been removed. Not sure why or how. But it doesn’t matter as I got Brink preloaded and registered on Steam now. Thank god for that.

Well, how did you do that then? Did you just buy it from Steam now? They pulled the first wave of keys that did not work and still did not provide a new key to anybody - at least as far as I know.

So I didn’t experience the problems you guys did in the first place.

I see - you just got to enter the UK key before they pulled them then.

Anybody got any news on this? It is almost Thursday and we still got no new keys. I am starting to get a little worried here. :confused:

I saved my key before they pulled them off the site. Tried to use it with the english-only version, didn’t work.

If this isn’t fixed by tomorrow I’ll just get the game off steam and ask d2d for a refund later or something, this is getting ridiculous. Those dip****s even have the nerve to say there’s “still plenty of time”.
