This years final we have Germany vs Russia.

This Sunday at 7:30pm

Maps Sewer ,Volcano,Refinery ,Salvage.

TV server will be up .

After the final Can i ask all World cup players and friends of OCB to play on both our stopwatch servers for some special matches.

Maximum 11 vs 11 winning team might win some prizes. Hoping to get Splash Damage to pitch up a team if Badman is reading this.

Are the maps random, or is it just Volcano only? What is up with this sh!t map? Why do we have to play it in EVERY SINGLE match?? Already played it 10000 times. I thought you would take at least some vanilla maps, but since our first match I can only see competition maps in all the matches of all teams. But if you prefer to play comp maps I really wonder why you forgot Island or Quarry. :frowning:
Furthermore if you start at 7.30 pm and we have to play 4 maps, it will take ages to finish them all. What if each team wins two maps? A 5th map? :rolleyes:

I dont know if your English is poor but your words come across very rude.
You know a lot of time,money and effort goes into these matches.

Maps choices are based on infantry and all out chaos. The last 3 years have all been based on a Pub vs. infantry style to mix it up. Since Salvage and Volcano are the only infantry maps that is why they are picked. This is in the rules.

The 4 maps choice well guess what its a final its the main game.
You know if you dont like it , dont turn up easy. We will crown Russia the winners
Discussing in public that you dont like somthing is very ignorant .

@Ads : I know it’s not really my buisness, and anyway if rex’s english is poor I do not prefer to know about mine, but well, this is just an advice, don’t take it bad, you just should listen a little bit more what the players are saying to you, I think we all should learn about brink’s fail.

Rubben i don’t take these things personally .Some guys continually think they know better and that criticizing is the only thing they can do. You know outside of the forum hes been on my TeamSpeak and on irc. So why publically shout out this is **** etc. when he knows where to get me and be constructive.
You know it would be nice to hear a thank you or great time we had . I did this cup for community and our clan 3rd year running using the same ruleset. If I can only attract guys whining all the time I have no motivation to do it anymore. The rules are on our site their quite clear.

I know what you mean ads, but I’m wondering if it’s really the good way to keep always the same rules as 3 years ago, when the situation was really different on ETQW.

The only matter on ETQW is to bring players. I’m wondering if you realise the awesome event you made, so much teams, a very low rate of no-show, a lot of player very glad of the event… it’s really a positive thing, and I respect you for that lot. Thank you again !
