How about regions? UK, Benelux, Scandinavia, America, central Europe, eastern Europe, East Asia and such.

there was a rest of the world 1 and 2 last year, numbers of players per team may change due to players interested

Whether or not I could play for the Netherlands depends on when the cup is, I’m moving to the USA pretty damn soon now.
