Along with the clothing customization as far as different shirts and pants etc., nobody likes being stuck with the default colors of equipment, so how about some clothing color customization alongside the clothing?
Let you choose spawn points or spawn you away from campers, I hate that shit in MW2

Possible a Multiplayer mode similar to COD WAW’s Zombie mode, halo ODST Firefight, or Gears Horde Mode.

ETPRO has that, it’s called multiview. Most of the code for it is in the ET source already actually

I wouldn’t be surprised as it wouldn’t be the only thing from OSP making it into the W:ET source. OSP ftw 
Well, seeing as Rhea integrated OSP into the official W:ET codebase prior to release to have better ‘pro’ functionality… Not entirely surprising 
Probably it was already mentioned, but many would like to have all hud elements to be turnable off independently with cvars.
Also serverdemos with all features of normal demos.
Replay servers should have shoutcast capabilitys, with an admin fuction that can use VoiP as a shoutcaster.

I would love to see a line graph showing the attendance of both teams during the entire match. People often base whether the teams were balanced or not on the final amount of players in each team, but a simple graph like this would really help with a sense of sportsmanship.
I don’t think a graph would be necesarry 
Just show average amount of players as with the average amount of ping and xp right?
(But not a priority tough, it’s just a feature)
I mean that, I wouldn’t need to see a graph showing a line exactly how many players where at a team at any given point. To show the overal average is good enough.

If everyone connected on the very last minute, or evryone disconnects then, the average would drastically drop… hmm

One thing that most companies pass on that really adds a great deal of customization into the mix is added custom color to clothing/skin tone in the form of HSV (Hue, Saturation, Value) sliders.
I really like to take the time to make my guy as unique to me as possible before playing, it adds a certain level of personal connection to the game that really enhances the experience, in my opinion.

it can also be a “clan” thing… all pink, or all purple, or all green, or all orange, or all black, etc. =P

shape/size/ulitility capabilities of BDU customizations can be awesome[aside only BDU texture].
even ability to use heavvier armour[for some clasese], trading off speed[and ability to use havvier(4 class) 4 that]
using camo suit instead BDU[1.5x less AP-rating, but 4x time shorter Visual detection range]for coverts.
minefield deployment beakon/smoke[for off-map minelaying stuff[like Volcano or mine-lay Vampite payload]], with 3 minute self-destruct timer.
heavvy Scoped AR for Fops/Coverts[kind like HK G3 or FN FAL. only semi-auto scoped, but deal 2.5x more dmmg and have 1.5x bigger AP rating].
and etc and etc.
