have “Bronze” status in WINE appDB.
so, some months ago, maybe yes, its WORKS on Linux.
one way or another.
of course, native client ALOT more preferable.

im sure snipe.asmo asked if he can run this game via some emulaltor, but correct me if im wron.
nobody talk about emulators[with which you confuse WINE, i guess].
btw Windows Seven is Windows XP/2000 emulator.
to be exact, weak one.
or we call it “thick Windows client”.
btw, sure, native binaries[alot]better, as said above.
and yes, if you so sure, that you can talk/guess for asmo, you should know/discover more[about this].
maybe.
or maybe not.
i don’t care.
wine = wine is not an emulator …
Im fine with win7. Its better then vista, so everything is fine

One thing that’s also very interesting is how we see our customers. We see the game as the first step to a longer experience. We have an in-game store where you get free content or you can buy new content to the game, so it’s a very integral part of the game that we will have a long post-launch campaign. I think people will be thrilled to see what’s in that already. On day one, you will get some really cool stuff.
Well shit, definitely not paying the rates of an mmo for an fps. Buy prone for 4.99 crap. No thanks.

DLC is the future. I’m pretty sure we’ll see DLC for Brink as well. You don’t have to like it (I certainly don’t like it) but you can’t change it. And it doesn’t really effect my decision on buying a game or not.

DLCs to buy cosmetic items like shoes or hats just separates the rich from the poor. It also separates those who mindlessly spend their cash to those who know what to do with their cash.
So finally BFBC2 is out.
30k active players vs. 150 active QW players at 1.30pm CET.
However it is nice to have a game in our small community.
It’s a little bit more familiar to know nearly every player left in QW
rock the day,
