It’s nice to know at least half of the ppl left playing QW.
I never said QW is dead :slight_smile:

But now it’s time to strike back --> make ETQW for free.
This will double, triple our community in weeks and would be a great advertise for Brink.
Players won’t buy this game anymore, not for 1$.
Better get money (if needed) from little ads in QW and from ranked servers.

Too bad it’s not as easy as it sounds I guess. Because a problem (big A) may appear :frowning:

I’m not at all interested in BFBC2 and i’m not going to buy or play it. But you cannot deny that there are several huge advantages to having a huge community. Like, i don’t know, starting up irc at 4 a.m. and having a scrim 2 minutes later, instead of spending a whole evening to find even one or two. And that was what etqw was like a year ago, no idea if there are even any active clans left by now.

There are ppl buying a new mouse for that game. Buying the rights is perfect XD

500K? I wonder who all becomes of that money paid for the rights.
I ask Activision if they sell it for 1000€.
If I remember correct this company is well known for strange practices <.<
