Another hint that she could be Bulgarian is her Reviver having Pirin Medical on it and Sparks saying a slogan about Pirin Medical.

This is a reference to the Pirin Mountains in Bulgaria.

I even think her big red pouch could have Pirin Medical or something in another language writen on it.

In Bulgaria, almost every adult knows Russian.It was the second studied language back when we were in communism.Now it’s English and as a tertiary language you can study Russian or German.
