You’ve probably pre-ordered it but whatever, you see it on the shelves in a local store, seems like the owner broke the release date, would you or would you not buy it?
And if you bought it would you start posting Q&A’s on these forums?
For me, I’d get it for the 360 since I pre-ordered for PC, I would post a Q&A though it won’t be revealing like “All the perks are ______ and they do ______”. I’ll post more opinions like “guns have recoil and SMART really does work”?
Of course I would get it but i wouldn’t post a whole bunch of crap on here about it or play it online.
Also, It wouldn’t affect me at all since I don’t use xbox live, xbox is for when I have friends over.
I would buy it and take it home. And you guys probably wouldn’t hear from me for a while. I wouldn’t have time to be writing about it on here because I’d be playing it.

Dude. I’m against throwing the fact that you bought it early in the developers faces on a developer forum. I’d probably also let the store know after I bought it that they just sold me a game before street date, that it could get them fined by the publisher of the game, and then walk out of the store. But I’m kind of a dick.
At least some people on this forum can read. I wasn’t saying you deserve to go to jail if you buy a game before street date. I’m just saying it’s against the developer’s wishes who made that game to post all these videos and info before it’s released if you do get that game before street date. Do I wish I could play with Brink today? Of course I do. But if I made a thread about my observations it would get taken down within a couple hours. Because the developers don’t want that thread on their forums. And the splash damage guys are LAID back over here. So if they don’t want it maybe show some respect and go disrespect them on another forum.

I agree. I read Jess’s topic and all he said was, if your lucky enough to get the game early thats awesome, but don’t go on the official forums bragging about it because you and the person/store that sold it to you could get hit with a major fine.
