I agree. I read Jess’s topic and all he said was, if your lucky enough to get the game early thats awesome, but don’t go on the official forums bragging about it because you and the person/store that sold it to you could get hit with a major fine.

You can claim ignorance. You’re just the consumer. But you could scan the receipt and get the store and the counter person who sold it to you in deep crap. But that’s not the issue.

The issue is. That the developers are obviously deleting threads pertaining to people getting their copies early. And we should respect their wishes because they’ve made an awesome game.

If we can’t respect Splash Damage. Why would they want to continue making quality titles for us in the future? That’s my main point. The street date is trivial in comparison.

I’m not an expert on The Big Lebowski, but you seem like kind of a busybody for someone pretending to be The Dude.

I call them like I see them. I generally like who I like, generally because they’re straight-shooters who aren’t total morons. I don’t know if you’re a moron or not, but you’re absolutely not a straight shooter. Everything you say is some confusing setup for a later veiled insult, as if you have any room to talk.

Incidentally, if you want to talk about people who I’m on the dick of for no reason, Auzner and Ajax’s Spear are your guys. I like them at least 80% because they’ve got avatars of actors I like.

He’s attempting to assert power that is not his to assert. He threatened one guy by saying he called Microsoft with his gamertag, he continued to say the guy “broke the law” by having it before street date, and continued to act like he was in a power of position.
