As @SaulWolfden said, the distorted, grayed vision when in the blast radius of the Conc Grenade is enough for it to mess with enemy player’s vision, the flashbang effect isn’t even just inconsistent and once Thunder or his teammates are hit they’re found.
Besides that it could use some other way to leave enemies vulnerable, some people want mouse sensitivity reduction based on how close one is to the blast radius back, some don’t.
My suggestion if that’s too much it would be to lock away aiming down sights blooming the spread on guns to that of a Stormtrooper until the effect wears off.
