Get on a server with XP save.
Xp settings and save are different for every server

That will actually install punkbuster and an etkey for you, or should, I have never used it.

What OS (Operating System) do you have?

If Vista/Win7 have you made sure you run as an administrator?

Whats Mod does the server you usually play on use?

have you tried connecting to a server running ETPub 1.0 or silEnT 0.6.2 and seen if its saved in those mods? (1 gathers you a new etkey and the other uses a special guid to save XP)

From what i can read it looks like you dont have an etkey and dont have PB enabled.

A bit more info from you would help all the experts here im sure

Are you sure the XP save on the server is permanent and wont reset after every map cycle?
