My problem was with Sandboxie. When I turned it off I had no more problems. Have no idea why is Sandboxie marked as suspicious.

Disabled MS Essentials and it seems to work now.

In my case it was the Steelseries Engine 3 (software for my mouse). I was able to play normally after closing it.

I give up… it’s almost late here and nothing I tried helped me stay in game for more then literally a minute. I don’t know how long it takes to reply to the email but I really hope this will get resolved before the next testing period…

I got a reply from wellbia:

apparently it is Steelseries Engine for me. If so, that means that xigncode is pretty bad, since i was able to play with steelseries engine running twice. (+ I had it running all the time last beta).

The english in the email is pretty bad aswell.

I have no idea why they want me to delete the programm if it is necessary:

Please, turn off the program or delete it as above. I recommend delete it, if it is necessary program. [sic]

I got the same 0xE019100B error all weekend. I tried disabling everything I could think of and even re-installing but unfortunately nothing worked. I sent in my log file. It took a few days but they did finally respond:

Please, follow the steps as below for solve your problem.

  1. Install an anti-virus program and have complete update, and scan your PC.

  2. Please, delete xmag.xem file and start game that located same as xigncode.log file.

Please, send us the xigncode.log file even the steps are not working your case.

I don’t know if this fix works or not, DB was offline before I could try this. It did however, give me an “All Your Base Are Belong To Us” flashback! :stuck_out_tongue: Hopefully it will be resolved and I can get dirty next weekend!

Voice Chat programs such as Skype, Curse tend to do cause this error. Any program that can cause an overlay.
