XignCode3 Security Alert 0xE019100B

(DiscountLlama) #21

Yup same issue here. Did not have the issue during the last round of testing, and was playing and streaming the game with no issues. Today however I cannot last more than 5 minutes in game before xingcode kills it.

Tried looking at the log file, but its a mess of encrypted gibberish.

(MissMurder) #22

Sorry bout this guys. We are aware of this issue and it should only happen once in a while and you won’t get banned for it. @khakiTown Every 5 minutes you say?

(DiscountLlama) #23

So far I have tried to log in twice, the first time I was kicked before the intro video finished playing (looks pretty great btw), and the second time while browsing the menus/setting settings. So within ~5 minutes in both cases. Verified the game files thru Steam, one filed was missing/damaged, so I’m going to try again.

EDIT: Disabled the Steam In Game features and I am actually in a game. Lets see how long this lasts.

EDIT2: Verified Files and/or Steam Overlay being disabled let me finish a match!

(CC_FANG) #24

Just got my key today, and tried to play. Like the others, every few minutes I get disconnected as well. I’ve disabled everything I can possibly think of and even started killing Windows processes. No dice. I’l gladly submit logs, screenshots, whatever is needed.

(finespunBooster) #25

In my case, it doesn’t happen “once in a while”, it happens 100% of the time perhaps 30 seconds after the game is launched. (1st time was during intro movie, then while trying to load the tutorial, and then I tried a few times just waiting in the menu and it always happened. So I can’t play the game at all.)

(The99thProblem) #26

There are a large list of triggers. Just be patient as Nexon covers all of its bases. I understand your frustration. Best thing you can do is inform Nexon of any “peculiar” or non-default apps that you have running in the background.

(MissMurder) #27

Thanks for all the information guys. It helps a lot. Best thing to do right now is try to disable any of the 3rd party programs you think may be responsible. Really sorry about this and we will keep you updated.

(CC_FANG) #28

I also tried verifying the game cache on Steam, got the “1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired” message. I then checked again right away and it validated fine. Launched the game, got kicked out again in 3 minutes. Checked the cache again, same thing. “1 file failed to validate and will be reacquired.”

Could it be Logitech gaming software?

(DiscountLlama) #29

Ok so it for sure works better. However, the error does eventually pop up if I have XSplit open. Makes sense since it wants to hook into the game, but still annoying.

(twilightTusk) #30

good to know 'm not the only one pissed off with the fact that the game isn’t good or bad, it just won’t run because xigncode doesn’t want it to run with anything else on your computer. lol
i’ll give this game a few more attempts, if it fails, beta is officially over for me. lol

(itssmacks) #31

It Gives Me this error if I have Killer Network manager open

(Nail) #32

just about any network manager or anything with an overlay (including steam for some) makes their crappy A/C wet f*rt in your face. They’re “working” on it

no offense MM, ain’t your fault

(Speed) #33

I done the ccleaner scan and atlast its works for now but dont know what was it exactly and remember to turned off all antyvir programs and windows defender adding an exception to defender not working

(sKy-e.belst) #34

I get this error all the time. I restarted, just started steam and dirtybomb and still.

only background programs: Dropbox, Google Drive, Steelseries Engine (Mouse), Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client (VPN, Not connected though).

I’m using Microsoft Security Essentials as Antivirus.

Didn’t had the problem the first time, when db just got to steam.

i’m in #dirtybomb @quakenet if you want more precise infos

(SeriousPain) #35

Same issue.
Tried everything, first time game closed during video, then while loading tutorial, after game still closes every time I try changing resolution or searching for a match, error 0xE019100B‏.
Sent email, only thing left for me is waiting for an answer…

(nimbleHill) #36

Same problem here, Only installed it today

(dragonsclaw2nd) #37

Have the same problem now to. This morning it was only after some games that this lovely program brings everything down, now it is every game after 1-2 minutes.

So just for clarification: Just need a virgin Windows preferably without any drivers (they have third party programs almost all of the time) and start DB without steam because this can also be a suspicious third party software or use only “unsuspicious” software which nobody will tell us what it is. After all of this we have like a 50/50 chance of being able to play?

I will spam support@wellbia.com with my log files so perhabs they will improve their software. At the moment it is a nightmare.

@ps sorry i forgot. Anti virus programs are also not allowed so either have your computer infected right away or better not use the internet for the DB-computer. This Bit-Defender issue is known for month but apparently it is not fixable. Should be on the system requirements of the game :frowning:

(darkfire3814) #38

i turned off my skype and i dont have an issue now.

(Critalix) #39

You could send your Xigncode reports to customersupport@nexon.net. Just make sure you put Dirty Bomb - Xigncode as your subject. Please attach all logs and errors you encounter.

If your Xigncode install was corrupted for any reason, an un-install and re-install of the game may fix the problem for you.

If you think there is a program triggering Xigncode that should not be, please include the details of the program. Thanks for your help! We’re working on improvements to Xigncode and your feedback is appreciated.

I too ran into this problem. After reading a few posts my first guess turned out to be the right one, the cfosspeed trafficshaper that came with my asus mobo software.
If you decide to go implement this anticheat software, it would be best to compile a list with known false positives/causes to lessen its load on support.
