Someone came with this on another forum. Im loving the proggy, it’s like MSN but for gamers. You add ppl to your list and you can see where they’re playing etc. Very handy :slight_smile:

Btw, look around before diving into this…

PC Zone in the UK I think this or last month had a brief 2 pager covering programs like this. There was 4 or 5 different ones there - Im happy enough with MSN and iRC as me main contacts as iRC = Gamers and MSN = Friends/Family/Work stuff… even ICQ is useful tho i’ve not used it in around 2 years or summit.

Would also suggest looking at any OpenSource similarties. I alwys try to use OpenSource software over any other for the fact its free, usually much more stable and dependable as well as the ability to track how progress is doing, manually fix bugs/problems and customise things a tad more and request features. Try here first imo.

I havent tried it yet but am looking for something to use alongside All Seeing Eye as some on my Chump mates cant seem to use a program ‘so’ complicated :banghead:

Anyone tried http://spawntogether.no-ip.com/index.html? Supposed to be only for ET at the minute… same kind of idea

xfire seems to be working pretty well for me . Pretty simple but sometimes it is better that way for the same people. Fattikin any ideas on who those chums may be? :bump:

wow, this program is OLD, been out for a while now. any problems you have with it are slowly being fixed in the “every so often” updates.

teh updates are mostly new features and now theyve releases a different skin with it. next there supposed to add file transfer. so no reason ever to sing on to AIM or MSN again.
