so, finally it happened to me. yes to some of you nothing new , but finally to me. i was accused of cheating!!!. first i read" kick him hes cheating. then your cheating, i try to plead my case and explain how im level 4 engie, and has xp twice as theres , but no they went on so i joined spectators. i say fine ill go to allies (since i was in axis kIcking ass) and then once i join allies ding voted to kick reason cheater!! hahaha my mistake was going on there side oh well now i see why some people hate it when they get accused of cheating.

Seriously though, the key here, as in most internet interaction, is to not take it too personally… a few days ago I joined a server, someone called a vote on me like 10 secs later and said “TK” in global chat… I was kicked before I could say “WTF?” haha. The good thing is, and it’s all you need to know: there are good games going on 24/7, you just have to find them.

Also you have to consider this: how sad has some to be that they get actually frustrated instead of motivated when someone owns them (how people can play games with such a mindset is beyond me), and get so hurt in their pride that they can’t accept it at all and have to accuse them of cheating?

Of course it sucks when others believe them (there are always some sheep) or you even get booted - but it still should make you laugh! Okay, maybe it’s not nice to laugh at someone with such issues… just be glad that you don’t have to waste your time looking for excuses, time that would be better spent on thinking about how you can improve your game.

You are more than welcome to join Mustard For Everyone (80.253.114.232:27960), there are admins around every night that will cancel stupid votes.
We have many regulars on the server and generally everybody behaves like normal people.

The server is a uk based server.

ref i think, did in rtcw anyway though i thought someone said it broke in et somewhere. probably fixed in etpro :stuck_out_tongue:

btw PB player power deputies also effectively cancel/force powerkick “votes”, not that anyone ever uses them.

When you have ET pro installed and are logged on as a referee you can either pass a vote or cancle it !
It’s a very cool feature.
