wow, nice to see ET still going strong!

i was cleaning out old email files and came across a bunch from my clan days when i worshiped this game! its really cool that so many years later it is still going strong!

ET was a fantastic game that took up a big part of my life and i didnt mind it one bit, i made a lot of great friends and a few enemies along the way but its just good to see this great game still has some life left in it or at least some people here are still talking about it.

Well, you will find here only talking potato(e)s :stuck_out_tongue: But i think almost anyone will sooner or later come back again to ET, because there is no game out there like that. And i know it sounds like blah, but looking at most games today, this is the inevitable conclusion. There is no game as good as ET fast gameplay, teamplay and objectives. Hoping SD can reproduce this success in a similar game though.

server numbers are probably up because of them! :frowning:

So you rather walk around in an empty server for 20 minutes before anyone discovers you on some server list?

There are a plenty of decent servers out there. I don’t know what makes you think all servers are full of bots. Btw, ET FOREVER! :slight_smile:

Yup, still a lot of servers without bots.

et.trackbase.net serverlist doesnt count bots,
also splatterladder, but you have to set option in filters :wink:

Here are instructions to install Omni-bot with NoQuarter.

Or you can download Enemy Territory: Legacy installer which comes with Omni-bot ready to be played out of the box. Once installed, start the game with “Launch Enemy Territory - Legacy with Omni-bots” shortcut, start a local server, open console with SHIFT+ESC and add bots by typing /bot maxbots 8

I prefer Fritzbots but omnibots seems to be most used

Oh yes indeed!

Classic game and seems even better now that a lot of people have stopped playing and old school gamers are left on servers.
