if you want to have a button always get you your SMG or always your PF without having to maybe press it a couple times, here’s what you can do:
set cg_weaponCycleDelay “0”
bind 2 “weaponbank 1 ; weapnext”
bind 3 “weaponbank 4 ; weapprev”
The first one selects your knife, and then the ‘next’ weapon, which is the SMG if you are a level 4 soldier. The second one selects grenade, and the the ‘previous’ weapon, which is the PF. If you are out of SMG ammo, 2 will leave you on the PF, and if you are out of PF ammo, 3 will leave you on the SMG.
cg_weaponCycleDelay “0” means that you don’t have to wait for the knife/or grenade animation before getting the weapon you want. This does not reduce the time it acutally takes to change weapons.
