Do i really gotta wait 10 minutes downloading paks before each match?
Even when turning (seemingly) all downloads off, paks still download.
Are there any servers that run Wolfenstein matches where nothing will be downloaded?

You could have a look at the homepage of a server.
Sometimes packages are available for download.
And you could try to find a server where you play regularely.
So once you’ve downloaded all maps / mods you would only have to download maps if the maprotation would changre.
These days there are a zillion “NoDownload” servers that all include atleast a mod .pk3.
If you click on “info” you can see if the alledged “No Download” server is Jaymod or No Quarter/ NQ. If it is, then you have to download atleast 5-30 mb just to get in. If it’s ETPub, ETmain, QMM or adminmod then there’s a chance you actually TRULY don’t need to download anything.
Also keep an eye out for custom maps on a “NODOWNLOAD” server. If anything, just for the laughs.

What exactly is Jaymod etc?
Jaymod is also good, if you stay @ 1 jaymod server. SO you need only download ones the mod from server.
Just enjoy playing 
If you feel like you found a server where you have a lot of fun, you should stay and you will not have download probs again…

How can you call a jaymod server “NODOWNLOAD”? the mere sentence is wrong.
Besides, a jaymod server without EnhancedMod on top will get hacked. Now you have 2 pk3s that everybody have to download.
“NODOWNLOAD”? - is it a bit like “Copying is theft”?

i have a server with bots and stuff, i need clan members so if you want please join!. my server is a nodownload one and the ip is “91.121.22.191” 
Some clan servers will re-direct you to their p2p (port to port I believe) where you can download as many files as you want without waiting time and other crap at decent speeds. That way you can be ready by the time you click most servers, another reason why this is good is sometimes you’ll download a file from a server and it can become corrupted and only be half of what the file size should be…
