Wolfenstein movie

Can we all be extras in this,

Hollenshead: One of the things we’re working on now, although the rights are currently all back with us, with Wolfenstein in development there’s interest in a Wolfenstein movie. And Sony had the rights for a while and those recently expired and came back to us.

Does sound awesome provided Uwe Boll and the Anderson arent allowed within 50ft. I wonder if Hitler will be the final boss

but there already is an rtcw/et movie

ss doomtrooper

after a few beers … nope still bad…more beer … barley watchable

but it is wolfie on tv so worth watching

the basics are there but they seemed to loose the plot a bit and mixed the team from enemy territory with the ubertrooper’s from rtcw

i had a few so i enjoyed it

on a side pimp :o
here’s a et/quakewars movie
all the official vids rehashed to a muse soundtrack
15 minutes of heven

quakewars_muse_v2

enjoy

OMG 2003 :open_mouth: WHERE DID THE LAST 3 YRS GO ???
time flies when your having fun

“SS DoomTrouper”?! How dare you!!

That was the shittest film I’ve seen in a long time. Actually, no, that’s a lie, that’s the shittest 20 mins of a film I’ve watched in a long time!!.

One can say that id software learn’t a valuable lesson with Doom the Movie in terms of not removing a central plot device! Lets hope whoever goes into production with this doesn’t go the ‘safe’ route with it.

You could have lied , im watching that for the first time later.

Doom the Movie always makes me think of Uwe Boll. Problem found?

The beginning of Hellboy is pretty close to a Wolfenstein movie.

You know what, that was a good film, ok some things like the monster and plot were a bit dodgy, but i liked it. Especially the locations, gave it a kind of COD feel rather than Wolf. That prayer must have worked kat. Now can you pray me a lotto win + beta.

Doom movie was cool to, liked the game bits at the end. Reminded me of Res Evil movie.
Another similar film to doomtrooper is The Keep with proper acting, long speeches and a nice score from tangarine dream http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Keep_(film)

^^true et addict^^ yeah!!!

it WAS the et squad, there’s even a flame-thrower thrown in at the end for good measure.

its a classic if its a low budget/homemade film ( like this BAGMAN http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2107860976834753426
)
but im gessing it had a bigger budget

@kat get pissed before u watch it gets better (cheesy) but good (ish)
watch for the guards head pop near the end

I will force myself to watch the whole thing at some point but the moment I saw the ‘trouper’ appear my heart sank to the floor; CG is one of those things that if done without enough care and attention it just ruins everything (to me at least).

I’m glad the prayer worked, not sure about the lotto one though, I’ve been praying myself for that for ages and nothings happen, yet!
