when i join a server that has a map that i dont, it says Cannot load official PAK file. Check your installation. it is not an official pak file either.

you didn’t path ET in the right order.
After you’ve installed the game you have to install patch 2.60 FIRST then 2.60b

you need in the etmaini directory the files named:
pak1.pk3
pak2.pk3
And the patched Et.exe.
Voila 2.60b…
