A new Brink video? New screencaps?
Maybe a short video of some poorly drawn Santa/Father Christmas costumes thrown on the Brink models? Video of player models shrunk to elf size and trying to jump up walls but being too short? A video of funny bugs?
Will we get a Christmas present from SD?
I doubt it
But after that period, they’ll start promoting Brink even more, then we’ll see some more of it!
I really hope they release a demo before the release, its good to know what problems the game would have in the demo before they release it too public…im pretty sure they dont want people buying the game and come on too this forums and start flaming away…
Ill be happy if they just DON’T delay the game again. That would be a perfect present.
Hmmm half assed quick release, or old slow and steady wins the race… I already have $AUS down for product.
I prefer my money to serve me untill the time comes to trade it for product, especially when there is no actual benefit to do otherwise
I bought it on Steam preorder cause the Aussie dollar was whooping the US for a change… bought it before it inevitably turns around!!
Yeah would be great if we got some Brink crimbo goodness, a few videos in my stocking would be nice santa Wedgwood
Except you decided not to buy it, remember?

didn’t say I wouldn’t buy it, just not play on Steam
I don’t play QW, but I bought 3 copies for the foster kids I work with
I’m doing some experimenting with Steam to see if it’s usable on my second network, never know, I might get converted
yep, but you have to connect to Steam to authorize game before you can play on or offline

The only way you’ll be able to play is through Steam, it is a Steamworks game. Even the updates are unlikely to be available except through Steam.
Well I guess beta is doubtful, tapirs are too spendy… hmm… how about SD releases a SMART movement demo on a simple lackluster lego block map where we can screw around. Considering Christmas got delayed till spring… it could ease the wait time :D.
Still working @ Valve heh?
Thats another superb idea here btw… Even people who would have bought it just to play offline wont, [pink] hats down!
Peace

Still paranoid enough to suggest people with different opinions are corporate plants?
If you’re just going to troll then why even say peace? Kinda makes you look like a hypocrite.
