I’ve herad many MANY people in ET and off call this version the BETA version. Let me make this clear that this is the test verion and not the beta version. Altough I would love some major features added (I.E The player models). But honestly, other than some fixes, you shouldn’t be expecting any major changes from now on. I hope i’m wrong on this!!!

i wish they’d optimize the engine, its totally choppy on my comp, my 366mhz celeron with 192 of ram andgf2mx400 runs the game at the same speed… which is incredibly odd, but im not playing any games on that comp anymore so… they’ll have to really tweak the engine in order for it to play better, otherwise im gonna go out and buy the original RtCW and start playing heh

Oops, I thought it said it was Beta–my mistake. In that case I hope it is Pre-Alpha or an earlier milestone–see my other post for changes needed.

generally anything pre version 1.0 of the full thing is called a beta, live with it and moan instead about things that are less than completely pointless. :moo:
