Why air strike do so much damage to people inside building ?

When I see the field ops smoke I sometimes run into a building.
If there is basement, I take the stairs and go in basement :smiley: :smiley:

Seriously, why have people inside building (with roof) to suffer from air strike ??? Since there s no basement I would prefer that roof give us total protection against air strike.

Do you agree ?
