So because I have nothing better to do I started looking through dirty bomb media page. I decided to look at the screenshots, and I find this guy. Why have I never him before? An old more badass version of Arty.
Personally they shouldn’t have changed it since the new Arty is pretty ugly.

People from southern China are usually of a darker complexion than the people from northern China, and rural Chinese people are more heavily tanned than urban Chinese people. The Chinese population actually has a large amount of variation depending on geography.

On the actual concept art, the hair looks kinda hipster, but the glasses and jacket (popped collar yo) look much better than current arty. Heck, I’d prefer the hipster hair over the safety helmet (complete with chin strap :o) that he currently sports. There’s just small details to the concept outfit that make it stylish, rather than looking like some generic shirt with a harness over it.

He had the LMG, the M4, frag and concussion grenades as well as tanky HP. How the hell something this overpowered made it out of concept stage is beyond my comprehension.
