I like the name “Dazzler” but I don’t think so since they split him into Thunder and Fragger, but maybe they could use whatever concept art/game files they have for him and rework him into something completely different.

We’ve had this exact same thread in the past, so I feel obligated to make the same correction:

This is not an older version or older concept art for Arty but an alternate model that was never released, just like the Bushwhacker in this picture:

Notice the “regular” Arty in that picture? That picture and the one in the OP where released at the same time, along with this one:

So you can clearly see that the alternate designs for Arty and Bush existed in parallel with the current “regular” ones. They simply were never released in the game (so far…).

I just noticed the dog tags on the other Arty. Man, his outfit had so much style, why did they replace it with the t-shirt harness? Heck, old outfit with safety helmet (maybe still keep the glasses) would look fine. Arty’s current outfit looks more and more like he just grabbed a t-shirt and pants and just strapped a bunch of gear on top of it.
