Well you kind of answered your own question. In my opinion, you just don’t see Redeye often enough for him to be considered annoying. Even if he’s being used by a skilled player, he’s not as troublesome to face as say, Vassili in the hands of a good player.

1st of all just wanna say HEEYYYY phantom brother from another mother @Rosenkreuz . I wanna ask since what lvl did you start playin phanton and maining him. For me it’s from lvl 4 and that’s after his nerf.

And 2nd of all the prize to the most annouing merc has to go to Vaseline. If the enemy vas has pretty good aim and is a aggressive sniper than it could be a pain. Even tho i dont see many aggreasive snipers sadly. And most of the vas’s are just camping j*rks.

Well if you include merc frequency in the “annoyance level” (which I don’t agree with) then why there are no free mercs - Skyhammer and Aura? You know, those who never give ammo and don’t revive? This poll doesn’t add up at all :stuck_out_tongue:

Since when troublesome == annoying? Why would anyone complain about someone playing good with any merc? That’s dumb.

I find rhino easy to kill TBH. And after holding LMB for a bit the minigun gets really inaccurate.

OH MY FUCKING GOOOOOD I HATE AURA!!! That was a bit of an over-exaggeration lol.

It mainly stems from the fact that auras don’t revive, they literally walk in front of me and don’t do anything. Or they just run around dying and shotgunning people and never drop a health station.

But fighting against aura around a chokepoint is almost as horrible. They’re like infestations, everyone flocks around the health station, fraggers, rhinos etc. And when you finally manage to kill them the sneaky little aura runs and revives them before you can do anything. So you have to cherry pick the aura out of all the fatties while they’re shooting you.

However recently I think I’ve learned to cope, but I’m now scarred for my db life.
