Who Else wants to get thier hands on The Character Customizer

It would be cool if they released a character customizer, just so we could get a taste, similar to what spore and dragon age did.

Not really, that’d be wasted resources on the developers part. I don’t really care for the customisation anyway, I want to shoot people in the face. :slight_smile:

I wouldn’t say no but if it delayed the game even one day more then I’d do without.

Question though, would you pay for it or expect it free?

well both spore and dragon age released it free so. No i wouldn’t pay for it.

I thought the spore character creator was $10 or was that the full creator and they released one with less content for free?

The point of this sort of thing is to get people to make a creature or character that they have to buy the game to play with. Rather have a demo, myself, but w/e, not a bad idea for brink.

Imagine how cool it would be if they released it AHEAD of time! I have never seen it happen in my life, but it would be awesome nonetheless.

I’m not really interested in a character customiser. I rather see new stuff appearing throughout the game and adjusting as I go along than having everything planned in advance.

I don’t know if the character builder supports it, but I’d love to be able to import logos or images to stick on shirts, coats or as a tattoo.

Now that we are in the subject, I have no problem with DLC, but if they add mictro transactions to Brink, ala Farmville not only am I not buying the game, but im also losing all hope in originality being present in games ever again…

That’s a silly reason to not buy the game. That’s like saying you won’t buy an xbox 360 cos you need to buy clothes for your avatar… which has absolutely nothing to do with how the games play. You’re potentially missing out on a good game because of cosmetics that aren’t only not required, but not even game affecting.
