Haha not to be a creeper or anything but a steam friend of mine I occasionally bump into, PixelPopper was lvl 77 a couple days ago I believe. This was in US-West.

None of the high level people who are still in the game abused it. The only person who has gained levels fast is Thomaze but he has literally been playing like 8 hours every day and nothing but Skyhammer ammo xp farming on pubs.
