Yep, this guy is the highest level I’ve seen so far. I don’t know him or his team but I had fun playing with and against them yesterday on this EU min level 10 server. Also, check out some of the silliness from the chat during that game that I pasted on the right hand side.

saw a level 106 yesterday, typically like most players over level 90 their profile is private so you can’t see how many hours they have played. so my guess is they aren’t that level legitimately, e.g. Aura xp exploit, or whatever.

Besides skill wise most of these ‘high level’ players are pretty rubbish, which just reinforces my belief that they were just exploiters.

They aren’t, they’ve been around for ages. Hardup, Thomaze and Kaur have been having a race ever since closed beta in march.

Leveling is easy/fast enough if you play loads of public or just generally enjoy the game. It’s 400k xp/level from 10 and onwards. Getting 30-40k xp runs per map is fairly common. If you were genuinely dedicated: a level a day is definitely do-able.

To put it in perspective, I play nowhere near the amount of either of those 3, have always been “behind” in levels:
I’m around 50 with ~600 hours played, majority of which are scrims/cups on stopwatch.
Adeto, which plays pubs a lot more than I do, is level 60 with around ~700 hours played.
You’d expect these players to be around a thousand, plus/minus 100 hours, hours of playtime - which since march, isn’t all that much.

Point is: Want levels? Play skyhammer/aura on public. Get score.

None of the high level people who are still in the game abused it. The only person who has gained levels fast is Thomaze but he has literally been playing like 8 hours every day and nothing but Skyhammer ammo xp farming on pubs.[/quote]

But if we turn back to when the game just came out and we saw level 60+ it was kind of obvious they were boosting.

The accounts were reset for the last time in late March which is what, 3 or 4 month before the game went open beta so people have had that much time to level up their accounts.
Nobody was level 60 in closed beta.
