Which OS are you running?

You don’t need RTCW.
W:ET is a standalone free available game.
:notworthy:

WOWOWOWOWOW!!!
And it runs on 10.3.9??? plz plz plz plz… non intel of course. :-)???

(Salteh) #23

You don’t need RtCW to install ET on your PC
So you don’t need it on your mac either

About the intel / non-intel thing… the mac version was made long before the intel macs even existed, so no one really knows what works on them and what doesn’t :).

(CAPTAIN AMERICA) #24

I dont have Intel version. So… WOWOWOW again. thx  And i suppose it will run on 10.3.x  What a beautiful day.

10.3 or newer IS required

(Dazzamac) #27

I said that when I was using Fedora/Redhat in uni then some git talked me out of installing it at all. Always regretted it cause I can’t remember linux anymore and I need to know it to get a job on merit.

Laptop - Windows XP Home
Desktop - Ubuntu AMD64 + Windows XP Pro

I went from windows xp to fedora (main)/winxp (gaming) dualboot (2.5 years ago) and went to ubuntu single boot last winter

If somebody doesn’t use one product or another because they genuinely have no use for it, that’s perfectly understandable. That’s why I don’t own a Mac. But the rabid Linux crusaders who refuse to touch Windows based on some moralistic agenda remind me of medieval monks, hiding themselves away in some lonesome abbey, wearing hair-shirts and whipping themselves for impure thoughts.

:nag: Lunatic fringe: “Must…not…use…Windows…”

 Rational opportunist: “But why?”

:nag: Lunatic fringe: “Bill Gates…is…rich… Can’t…uninstall…IE… Microsoft…is…a bully…”

 Rational opportunist: “But don’t all corporations want to be number one?”

:nag: Lunatic fringe: “This is…different…”

 Rational opportunist: “But how?”

:nag: Lunatic fringe: “Gates…rich… Gates…rich… Gates…”

Win XP on the machine I actually do anything on, and Vista on the box o’ bits I just glued together, which will probably see Ubuntu on it sooner or later

ouroboro, there’s a lunatic fringe for practically everything remotely geeky or hobbyish.

Or religous, political, that involves children, employment, shelter, race, colour, creed. etc.

Obviously however, the difference between being principled and being on the lunatic fringe is debateable
