i just checked the www.enemyterritory.com site for an E3 update. nothing. then i went on the activision.com site to find something about quake wars. nothing on the front page about the 24 player lan event. then i entered “quake wars” in the search field. guess what:
number of games found are: 0 … with such a big zero, even larger.
then i tried “enemy territory”. and what shows up? 1 search result, game name: Quake III
am i looking at the wrong place?
The question is, WHAT are you looking for?
The page only lists released games or games that have already gone gold.
what i’m looking for? something? anything? a hint about the E3 event. as i said, you don’t even find anything when you use their search engine and look for “quake wars”. by the way, did anyone of the subscribers to www.enemyterritory.com get a newsletter from them?
the page doesn’t exist of released games only, on the front page are at least 2 games that neither are released nor gold.

Am I doped to think that we’d get to see some actual gameplay at E3 THIS year rather than 361 days!? later at NEXT E3?..

But I can only hope! Its just abit disappointing that 2 days into E3 and not a single update on QW.
E3 Expo only starts on Wednesday, May 10 (day 9 is conferences only - ie, Nintendo, MS and Sony announcing their stuff). Now it’s just a couple hours on the morning of May 10, not “2 days into E3”.
That is to say, the real E3 starts in a few hours.
