When will the beta ends?

It’s been more than a year since the open beta started. So I’ve been wondering, when will the open beta ends and be officially be released? The reason I’m asking is that I really want more content in this game and I was hoping that once released a ton of content will also be released. Or is this it? I hope not. 640 hrs into the game and I’m really anxious for more.

Then javelin will coming.
They have some new stuff to release before ending the beta, and a ton of bug to fix.
Maybe in 1 year, maybe never. Who knows ?..

Why to leave beta when you can always just go “oh we’re in beta so of course half of the stuff doesn’t work”

With a few team based fps that are about to be released and that were just released, I was expecting dirty bomb to release a ton of new contents in order to try to compete with the new fps. I guess that’s the downside with free games.

I wouldn’t mind a situation like Warframe or Shudder Tom Clancy’s Division where SD continues to add things like mercs, etc and also fix bugs, this way the game would never become fully ‘boring’ after player Chapel for 2 years.

Trading is a bit controversial and game changing. I doubt it will be implemented by the end of beta.
